These are ingredients I always keep in the fridge, and natural MSG. They taste good no matter how I cook them. Today I made miso soup, added seaweed sprouts and Fuzhou fish balls, and finally sprinkled chopped green onions on top. It's simple and delicious!
I made soybean paste stew with shiitake mushrooms, and it has a great flavor.

The meat was quite fresh, but there was a lot of fat. A large handful of big chunks of fat with no lean meat were cut off and rendered into almost half a bottle of lard The remaining meat was mostly half lean and half fat, so I made braised pork and then chopped it up to make roujiamo (Chinese hamburger), otherwise it would have been too greasy.
