This method effectively cools the glass and ice beforehand without diluting the Coke with water. Pouring slowly along the side also reduces bubble loss, retaining more carbon dioxide, resulting in finer foam, a more granular texture, and a refreshingly smooth taste. My son said it tasted even better than Coke that's just poured out!
