I didn't even know how to cook shank or what cut of meat it was, but I decided to give shank hot pot a try after reading some reviews. It took a while, but it was really delicious, and since I ate it over two days, I definitely got my money's worth considering the time I spent!
My favorite beef so far
The beef shank was especially delicious; I braised it myself and made a whole plateful.
