There was a lot in the package. It looks like it can be used in a variety of dishes.
I used leftover salmon from the freezer and some green onions I bought today, along with some thinly sliced burdock root that I'd soaked in water briefly to remove the bitterness, to make a mixed rice dish. There were five nice, thick burdock roots in the package. I cut them up and put them back in the freezer right away, but I think it's a great product. I'd like to buy it again!
It contained burdock roots of various sizes, broken into pieces! It's quite expensive, but it's definitely delicious. I think buying it here is the best deal! It's great to freeze and stock up so you can use it for a long time!

I absolutely love it! So convenient and delicious!
Once properly processed, cassava has a powdery and chewy texture, and is very filling. It can be used in soups, steamed dishes, or desserts, but it needs to be properly processed and thoroughly cooked before consumption.
