I had to try these banana leaves to use with my bibingka. I was skeptical at first, never having used frozen banana leaves. I was impressed with how easy it is to prepare and use, just wash gently then warm over an open flame. I lined my pan with banana leaves before pouring my batter in. The leaves gave my bibingka that signature look and nostalgic taste. You can’t get that by using wax paper LOL. Will buy again!
First time to purchase, love that is is also pre cut
I use this to line the pans for coconut/rice desserts.
great for wrapping fragrant rice (nasi bakar)
Love that it is cut round shape, will use to steam bamboo shoot kueh
Best naman leaves that I used, they were not torn, and the leaves look matured

can’t wait to use this for suman
Leaves are soft for easy wrapping, but precut in round shape that i didn't intend it to be because it need it square.
