I've bought these beef short ribs repeatedly; the quality is good.

I made braised short ribs with this and it was seriously, seriously delicious.. There was a lot of fat, so after removing it, I was left with only about 720 grams across two packs, but the quality of the lean meat is good, and since I simmered it for a long time, it became super tender and chewy ㅠㅠ I think the remaining pack would be delicious if I removed the fat, grilled it, and dipped it in salt. I will definitely buy this again!!
